SaskWorks Venture Fund (“SaskWorks or the “Fund”) announces that the 2024 Annual and Special Meeting (the “Meeting”) of shareholders will be held on Friday, December 13th, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. (Saskatchewan time). The Meeting will take place at Crave Kitchen and Wine Bar, 1925 Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK, S4P 0R3.
In light of the ongoing Canada Post strike, the mailing of physical copies of the Fund’s Notice of Meeting, Information Circular, Proxy Form, Audited Annual Financial Statements, and Management Reports of Fund Performance (collectively, the “Materials”) has been delayed. These documents will be mailed once postal services resume. Shareholders who have opted for electronic delivery will continue to receive the Materials electronically. The Materials are also available online and can be accessed via the Fund’s SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca and at www.saskworks.ca
Registered shareholders may request paper copies of the Materials, including the proxy form, by contacting the fund at 1-306-533-9170 or via email at austinbentz@pfm.ca. To ensure validity, completed proxy forms must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the Meeting (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
Shareholders are encouraged to vote their shares in advance, as detailed in the Information Circular. Shareholders who consider in-person attendance at the Meeting essential are requested to notify the Fund at austinbentz@pfm.ca.
For those attending in person, registration will occur between 2:30pm and 3:00pm (Saskatchewan time). Shareholders are asked to arrive promptly to ensure a smooth start to the Meeting.
